Plans and limits

Pricing and limits per site (publish for free on Free; custom domains and badge removal on paid plans), the domains Free can use, and what happens when you reach a limit or a payment fails.

Siteon is infrastructure for AI-built websites: it adds hosting, a CMS your client can edit, contact forms, analytics and control from AI agents (CLI and MCP) around static HTML built with AI or by hand, so it is ready to ship.

Plans

You choose a plan per site. Prices are in US dollars, per site, and exclude tax — applicable sales tax/VAT is calculated at checkout. USD billing opens at launch Soon. This is the only price list, and it is the same for business owners and for site builders.

  • The Free plan can also publish on hosting at <name>.siteun.com, indexed by search engines, with a small "Made with Siteon" badge in a corner of the page
  • Custom domains and badge removal come with paid plans (from $4/mo). Paid plans include hosting, and the price is the same if you keep your current hosting
  • Email and Slack notifications to the business, and thank-you emails, are available on all plans
  • Webhooks (signed delivery to Zapier, Make, a CRM and more) are on paid plans only, up to 5 per site. They aren't available on Free
  • Billing for multiple sites is combined into one charge per month, and each account has a single billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
  • Payment is by credit card. You sign up, pay, change plans, and cancel yourself in the dashboard
  • Upgrading raises limits immediately. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period

Requests (the hosting limit)

The hosting limit is the number of requests your hosting receives per month. Each file returned (HTML, image, CSS, and so on) counts as one request.

Requests (per month)150,000500,0005 million30 million
Approximate page views10,000/month30,000/month300,000/month2 million/month
  • Delivery doesn't stop if you go over. If you keep exceeding the limit, we recommend moving to a higher plan
  • Page views are an estimate assuming each page view triggers a dozen or so requests. The actual number depends on page weight (such as the number of images). On Lite, it's roughly 17,000 to 70,000 per month
  • Only traffic served by Siteon hosting is counted. Sites that keep their current hosting don't have requests counted
  • Request counts in the dashboard and email alerts when you approach the limit are in preparation Soon

"Per month" and "lifetime total"

  • "Month" means a calendar month in Japan time (on Free and on paid plans)
  • Form submissions are counted per month. Bookings count as form submissions (on Free, forms and bookings together are 50 a month)
  • On Free, notification emails (alerts to the business, auto-replies to customers and booking confirmations) are limited to 150 a month
  • On Free, CMS items and AI translation and writing uses are a lifetime total for the whole account. Deleting and recreating a site doesn't reset them
  • On paid plans, CMS items are counted by how many currently exist (deleting frees up room). On Free, they're counted by how many were created
  • AI translation and writing assistance count "translating one article" or "translating one save" as one use (regardless of how many languages are translated)

Domains Free can use

Free sites work on their Siteon hosting subdomain (<name>.siteun.com) and on development and preview domains. Only the following can be registered as allowed origins.

localhost
127.0.0.1
*.pages.dev
*.vercel.app
*.netlify.app
*.github.io
*.workers.dev
  • To run a site on a custom domain (the business's own domain), move that site to a paid plan (how to register it: Custom domains and allowed origins)
  • An account can have up to 3 Free sites, and you can create up to 5 per day. Free sites can deploy up to 20 times a day
  • The free tier is available once per email address. Recreating your account doesn't grant it again

Free page views (about 10,000 a month)

The 10,000 page views a month on Free is a guide. Going over stops neither the site nor its forms. You can check page views in the dashboard; if you keep going over, we recommend moving to a paid plan.

When you reach a limit

Your site keeps being served. Only the thing that reached its limit stops.

When a payment fails

PeriodSite deliveryForm submissionsEditing and new deploys
Up to 7 days overdueContinuesAcceptedAllowed (with a warning on screen)
8 to 30 daysContinuesAccepted (inquiries belong to the business, so they aren't stopped)Not allowed
From day 31Continues (hosted sites are treated like Free: a "Made with Siteon" badge is added and the Free plan's limits apply)Stopped on production domainsNot allowed

Everything returns to normal once payment is confirmed. From day 31 the subscription ends, so to restore service you need to sign up for a paid plan again. What happens when you cancel is in Cancel, close your account, and export data.
