Comparisons
How Siteon compares with other ways to run a site, on price and features. Other services' prices come from their official pricing pages; sources and the date we checked are listed under each table.
Siteon is infrastructure for AI-built websites: it adds hosting, a CMS your client can edit, contact forms, analytics and control from AI agents (CLI and MCP) around static HTML built with AI or by hand, so it is ready to ship.
- Siteon vs. assembling it yourself: Netlify or Vercel + Formspree or Basin + Tina or CloudCannon Putting a static site's back end together from separate services, at the same scope as Siteon (commercial use, a form with auto-reply and Slack notifications, and a CMS the owner can use), came to roughly $30 to $55 a month for one site in our survey of official prices on 2026-10-04, mostly because auto-replies start on form plans of about $20 and per-site CMS plans start at $10 to $49. Siteon includes hosting, forms and the CMS from $4/month per site. Separate services are the better choice when you need what they do in depth, such as Netlify's free tier and Git-based builds, Vercel's server-side features, or a full headless CMS. Read the answer →
- Siteon vs. Webflow and Framer Webflow and Framer are visual site builders: you design inside their editor, and hosting, a CMS and forms come with it, from about $10 to $25 a month per site billed yearly (official prices checked 2026-10-04). Siteon does not design anything; it adds hosting, owner editing and forms to HTML you already have, such as a site generated by AI, from $4/month per site. Choose Webflow or Framer to design visually and keep the site in their editor; choose Siteon when the site already exists as code and you want to keep it that way. Read the answer →
- Siteon vs. the hosting in AI site builders (v0, Bolt, Lovable) AI site builders can publish what they generate, but keeping a site on your own domain usually means staying on the builder's paid plan, about $18 to $25 a month for Bolt Pro or Lovable Pro billed yearly, while v0 publishes through Vercel, which is billed separately (official prices checked 2026-10-04). Siteon separates building from running: build with any AI tool, then host the static output with forms and owner editing from $4/month per site, so the builder subscription can end when the building does. Stay on the builder's hosting if the app needs its database, server functions or built-in AI features, which Siteon does not run. Read the answer →
